Last updated June 2026
This policy explains how Frontir Solutions collects, uses, and protects personal data, and the rights you have over it. It applies to frontir.solutions and the internal systems we operate.
Who we are
Frontir Solutions is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question or to exercise a right, contact admin@frontir.solutions.
Data we process
- Contact details you provide (name, email, message).
- Customer and account records for the products we operate.
- Employee records for people we employ.
- Technical logs (IP, timestamps) for security and reliability.
Why we process it (lawful bases)
We process personal data to operate and secure our services (contract and legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Security logs are kept for a limited period for forensics.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with vetted sub-processors needed to run the business (for example hosting and infrastructure). Each integration is scoped to least privilege and recorded internally.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email admin@frontir.solutions and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We apply server-side access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and least-privilege isolation between systems. No method is perfectly secure, but we design to limit blast radius.
International transfers
We operate from North America. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
